Morning Playworkers are required at our very popular before and after school Care Club based in Menston Primary School

  A variety of permanent, Fixed Term and Casual, term time only Playworkers are required, with September 2024 start dates

 All posts are Band 2 (£11.79 to £11.98 per hour), Pay award pending

 

Our Care Club is a well-established, friendly and caring 75+ place, play based before and after school care facility for Menston Primary School children, with tremendous indoor and outdoor facilities. We have our own dedicated Care Club playrooms and a wide variety of appealing outdoor play spaces. New staff are fully supported with a full induction programme and ongoing training.

We would welcome applications from anyone with an enthusiasm and interest in working with and developing young children. We encourage people from all walks of life to apply so that we gain a wide variety of skills and experience to support and develop our provision.

A variety of part time positions are available, and candidates should be willing to work at least two morning sessions per week, either 7.15 am, 7.45 am or 8.00 am start, with a finish time of 8.45 am or 9 am

Before and After School Club Co-Manager 27.5 hours per week term time only (job share considered) to work in our very popular Care Club – a wraparound childcare facility for children attending Menston Primary School

Term Time Only, Band 6 SCP 7 – 11, Hourly Rate £12.59 to £13.47 (pay award pending)

Following the retirement of the existing postholder, governors seek to appoint an enthusiastic, caring Care Club Co-Manager to join the strong staff team working in our wrap around childcare facility.  The successful candidate will work closely with the recently promoted and experienced Deputy Manager to jointly lead our popular and successful childcare facility.

Full Post:               27.5-hour contract, 7.15am – 9.15am and 2.45pm to 6.15pm Mon-Fri, term time only

or

Part Time:             12.5-hour contract 7.15am – 9.45am Mon-Fri, term time only, with an option to work some additional afternoon sessions, ideally between 3.00 pm and 6.15 pm (to be agreed with the successful candidate)

Administration Officer, Band 3 SCP 5-6 (£12.18 – £12.38 depending on experience, pay award pending)
22.5 hours per week, 12 noon to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only + 1 week

Due to promotions within the existing team, the Governors of this popular and friendly school seek to appoint a highly capable and ambitious Administration Officer. The ideal candidate will have an organised, adaptable and innovative approach to their work and be able to communicate effectively with staff, pupils, parents and visitors.

Our My Happy Mind theme for this half term is ‘Appreciate’. The Appreciate module teaches children to understand why gratitude matters and how we can develop gratitude as a habit. Gratitude is key to wellbeing and resilience and we’re all about making it a habit!
